# Contact form

## Add block

To add block to the Contact form section, click on the 'Add block'. There are many options available , as you can see in the below points and screenshot.

* Add the text you want for the label of the text field.
* Add the text you want for the placeholder of the text field.
* Add options for "Radio buttons" and "Select box".
